Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe office staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is being slowly remodeled, modernized and the new decor is great. We are not crazy about being called The Social but we are getting used to it.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like all the amenities but it’s so loud in the hallways when they are doing work and there also isn’t much noise cancellation between floor or my upstairs neighbors are just super loud . Also I find it incredibly annoying how infrequently we actually have 3 working elevators
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment is an awesome place for JHU students. Compared to near by places it is incredibly spacious. My only complaint is that we had mice in our apartment a few times. We have since fixed that but it was definitely a nuisance morning you wouldn’t face if you lived in a house though

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall a good experience. Between the room sizes, prices, and amenities, it is a quality residential life. However, details such as the mailing room being terribly managed dock some points.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesDecent experience living here. Good neighborhood, close to schools. View is great but some mechanical problems. Parking garage is too small, toilets too tall. A bit too expensive
