Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThings have gone kind of downhill with the new management company. Office staff has been borderline rude and new cosmetic upgrades are unnecessary when there are other things that could be taken care of I.e old plumbing, mice and roaches.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at the social. They have great amenities and are close to where I work and go to school. The space is really nice. I love the view from the roof too.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe physical amount of space is amazing and all amenities are new and updated. Love the pool, movie theater, fitness center, and study spaces Sad that we have to pay if we pick up packages late and that the doors lock automatically.

The ThinkTank is a great place to study, there are ample units for laundry and the exercise room is perfect for a quick workout. Maintenance responds quickly and management is very personable.
