Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSpacious rooms are great. Love the included amenities gym, study spaces, pool, free snacks, etc . Some issues with apartment but maintenance is usually quick to fix. Fruit fly issue is annoying. Frustrating that we have an old, energy-inefficient refrigerator that management will not replace for us, despite their claim that they are committed to sustainability. Besides that, pretty good overall experience. Robert is awesome

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe building has been awesome to live in so far. The new management is really helpful and easy to work with. They have made great updates to the building and have even lowered our rent. The location is pretty good, and there is 24 7 security at the entrance. My only complaint is that sometimes the elevators don't work especially to get to the rooftop and the shower temperature varies a lot.

|Recommended: YesProperty Is Overall Nice — The general areas of the property are very nice but the rooms could use some renovations. You can also hear your neighbors around you and above you very loudly.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice For Student Housing — Noise from within other apartments can sometimes be heard in the hallway an occasionally from the ceiling within the unit, but overall very large space, clean public areas, friendly neighbors and staff.

|Recommended: YesChill Place With Fun People — Living at The Social is a lot of fun. I really enjoy the staff that work here. They do a lot to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, and are really easy to talk to. I'm looking forward to all of the new changes being made, and hope to stay for another year. The location is really convenient to JHU Homewood Campus, Loyola, and Notre Dame, as well as the shuttle to JHMI. The neighborhood is really nice, and has a deli, a fancy Greek restaurant, a vegan cafe, and 2 parks nearby Stony Run and Wyman .
