Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Residence is fantastic I ve lived here for two years and highly recommend it. The spacious units are bright, and the in-unit laundry is a huge plus. Maintenance is prompt and professional requests are usually handled the same day. The management team is friendly and responsive, creating a wonderful community atmosphere. The location is excellent—close to transit and shops. It s a great value for the rent.
