Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have been living here for 15 months. This is a great location. There are great eating places nearby, The management is friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew is quick to respond when we have problems. We would like to suggest, however, that there be a bulletin board somewhere that is accessible to all so the tenants can post information, items eg furniture, et al. for sale or give away.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery good. Specious apartments with a decent location and distance from JHU. Main complaint is no wired internet capabilities, which can be annoying for those that enjoy video games or other things that benefit from low latency.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMaintenance is usually pretty responsive. Annoying that there are holes in our walls and a lot of mice in the building. Seems like money being spent on various building improvements , e.g., painting the apartment doors and changing carpets, could be better spent e.g., on making laundry free, getting more equipment for the fitness room, etc.

The unit is very spacious as well.

The view from my 14th floor studio is amazing The view from the roof top is even better The building is always clean with several amenities and very conveniently located.
