Firstly, the management is friendly and quick to respond and ensure that they can work things out for you. The several amenities including a gym, study areas, printing and coffee machine really are worth when the need arises. Most importantly, they keep the premises clean and tidy

However, constant noise complaints have not been handled. Noise complaints have been issued several times about downstairs neighbors, but the problem simply continues.

My apartment is very nice and the layout is perfect for my ideal lifestyle. The ease of moving throughout the building and visiting the number of different amenities is truly satisfying.
