Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPretty good. Drains seem to clog easily. Also smokers live on 12th floor. But the amenities are nice despite covid interference. Also maybe some more public advertising for wearing masks would be nice during this time.

I have been disappointed with some of the management policies, such as the aggressive and inflexible rent increases, the curt tone of many emails, and the removal of printing as an amenity.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff members are friendly and I was able to reach them successfully in person more challenging when I tried through email . The environment is nice and I appreciate the hand sanitizer and napkins in common areas. I also appreciate how residents keeping themselves and others safe when accessing the gym like still wearing masks, social distancing, windows opened etc. I appreciate the janitors who have kept the common rooms, hallways, lawn, and especially recycling area tidy and clean. The location is relatively safe in the homewood area and I feel that noise level on the streets are tolerable if windows were closed. The room itself faces Charles street so I would still be constantly aware of the traffic going on. Most of the time, it is quiet inside the room and I did not hear too much sound from next door neighbors. However both me and my housemate find noise of water perhaps running through the pipes when neighbors were taking bath very loud and sleep could be disturbed.

It was a turning point for me to join such a welcoming community with awesome amenities when I was moving out of a negative on-campus environment. The neighborhood feels safe with Loyola and Hopkins within walking distance, and delicious food stops along the way.

a little sad there can not be in-person community events like waffle wednesday because of the current coronavirus situation, but happy to just live here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOur washing machine was broken for about a month. Our shower rod kept falling down. Sometimes, parcel pending doesn't work for me and my parcels are left in the middle fo the room. I love the gym and the game room a lot.
