Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Social is such a beautiful place to live I don't drive, so location is very important to me. I can walk to all the places I need in 20 minutes or less from The Social. The added amenities are also a great addition, especially during COVID times.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment and very nice amenities. The staff is all very accommodating and responsive when it comes to maintenance and inquiries. The only gripe is the heat turning on too soon and some of the outdoor amenities- gas out on the grill, lights out, pool closes early in the season. However, I highly recommend it. It has been a great place to live especially in midst of remote learning.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPretty good. Drains seem to clog easily. Also smokers live on 12th floor. But the amenities are nice despite covid interference. Also maybe some more public advertising for wearing masks would be nice during this time.
